Lots of repetitive work
The priority task is to give orders through to restaurants. So on a busy day, such as sundays or holidays, you often end up doing only this for 6 hours straight: calling restaurants, asking if they received the order via the normal sending method (such as email, fax, etc) and if not resending it.
To me, this is the opposite of desirable work. Since I am the person that needs a bit of a challenge and diversity, this was unbearble to me. However, many colleagues, especially students, enjoyed the fact that it was easy money. And the money is good.
Way more interesting to me was customer support: answering incoming calls from restaurants and providing support on the spot. You get to talk to many different people, which are usually very friendly (this is no support line for broken cosumer products, so really the atmosphere is very friendly with restaurants).
And it feels good to help them!
Free fruits every day. good hourly wage
Bad management. Seven day work week
