Extremely competitive atmosphere

For me the job at Takeaway.com was a good opportunity to work next to my study. Back in 2003, the atmosphere was competitive, in a really productive way. Over the years this changed. The customer service department was confronted with an increasing amount of work. As a result the company introduced a lot of new regulations which in turn made the supervision extremely rule and procedure based. As an employee I often had to struggle with the poor communication between departments.
