It was a flexible timing job. They would schedule you matching your availability as much as they can. Work was as follow you come behind your desktop and start picking the phone up as the customers were calling for errors they were getting in their internet, telephone and or television connection. My job was to solve that if possible the same day. If it was more complicated and i had to get other companies involved it could take from couple of hours to couple of days. I enjoyed helping the customers, the hardest part of this job was the impatient customers. Sometimes it was a great challenge to get them calm and open for a good solution.
