Even though I was an intern at that time, I was involved in all company activities such as cross team/department/functional meetings. Heineken also provided meetings/networks for interns to learn how to apply for jobs at Heineken.
At the beginning of the internship, my supervisor and other intern were giving very clear instructions about how to do the work, including the reasons behind it so that I have a full picture of my work. Later my supervisor gave me full responsibilities of my job areas and engaged me to more tasks. I enjoyed communicating with different regions to find out accurate talent data, even though there were different systems in different regions. We found out best ways to work with other regions. I also improved a lot with my Excel and power point skills.
