Working in shifts, in a "inbound-outbound" pozition needs cooperation between team-leaders, operators, assistants, truck drivers and furklift truck drivers. At the first morning hours, after a good black coffe all its start with a list of inbound comming trucks. Sometimes they are comming one after other sometimes they have decalation. Liftruckers take everything out from containers and put them in position to be checked by assistants. The reach truck drivers
put everything on the shelves helped by the furklift truckers from where the products are going to outbound. Sometimes inbound are helping outbound due to the massive orders and pressed time for picking up. But the hardest part of the job was due to the shift of the pallets in the containers, due the bad weather on the sea. In that moments skilled furklift truckers had the oportunity to show their skills and develop new ones, a really leson to the new ones in team.
Free lunches from cathering in nigth shifts (realy good thai food) :)
Close to the cristhmass we had extra hours due to the pression of orders and delivering time.
