They love micromanaging. Everything you do is checked and criticised. If you write a 3 sentences email, they will find a way to say it's not correct. Management even corrects native English speakers. They scrutinize everything you do. You have to submit a timesheet with the hours you worked, you even have to write down every single email you wrote and how much time it took and they will check it! There's no autonomy and all breaks, even to go to the toilet come out of your own time. So you work at least 9h a day off you want to have coffee, go to the toilet or take a break.People really don't care about anyone, all they care about is going up on the corporate ladder. Lots of hierarchy, you are expected to do your job without raising questions, even when you're sure what you're told is not right. They don't care about you as a person, don't be fooled by the marketing. Place to work enough time to put on your CV and move on. The ones that thrive there have to be really heartless and cold. Worst environment I've worked in in over 10 years.
Micromanagement, pressure, criticism, aggressive environment
